Wow, I learned so much listening to this audiobook. What I most appreciate about it is that the author not only explains exactly what sleep apnea is, but she also takes you through the process of determining if you have it, getting it diagnosed, common symptoms, and the best courses of action if you are diagnosed with it. I truly learned a lot of valuable information on sleep apnea!

Great book
"The Overlooked Epidemic" covers everything from what it is to how to manage it. I really got a lot out of listening to it. It's packed with expert advice and useful tips for anyone who wants to understand sleep apnea or is trying to deal with it. I liked that It doesn't just throw medical jargon at you. It guides you through recognizing symptoms, getting diagnosed, and finding effective treatments, including lifestyle changes I hadn't considered. Definitely worth a listen if you're after better sleep or just curious about the condition.

How sleep apnea impacts life and holistic healing
A clear, well written guide on how sleep apnea impacts your life with definitions and success stories for OSA and CSA. The alternative treatments / exercises to improve snoring and overall health were outstanding: yoga, acupuncture, and postural therapy. I also enjoyed the holistic guidance on diet change and herbal remedies.

Epidemic is the right word!
Thank you thank you thank you to Audrey Porter who, in her fantastic title “the overlooked epidemic” delivers the sobering realization that a massive problem in many of our health conditions is aligned with sleep apnea: a condition that may effect you in a way you might not begin to know about! Epidemic is the right word here. This book includes effective strategies for treatment, awareness of state of the art therapies and treatments, effective exercises, and so much more, all tailored to be of the utmost helpfulness when it comes to understanding and ameliorating this nightmare of a condition. Kudos.
