Great advice

I’ve been a chronic snorer for most of my adult years to the point where I’ve had to sleep in a separate room from my spouse. Needless to say I’ve been desperate to learn some things that might help me out. This book gave me just what I was looking for as it didn’t involve me needing to get an expensive cpap machine or anything like that. Instead it offered practical advice I feel that I can actually follow.

Finally Learning How to Rest

I’ve struggled my whole life with being able to deeply rest and this book is giving me hope. The breathing tools are simple and only take a few minutes but they’re already helping me feel more calm and supported as I work on improving my sleep.

If you have sleep apnea you must read this book. It is loaded with information to help you. Wasn't expecting it to be that good. Very easy to listen to and very informative. I can't wait to tell my friends about what I learn in this book as a lot of people my age snore like crazy.

This was for me!

About 10 years ago I started waking up in the middle of the night. I could not go back to sleep. So I would work for a couple of hours and then try to go back to sleep for a couple of hours. I feel like a zombie.
Now I'm looking forward to trying these exercises and seeing if I can improve my breathing habits.

Good for everyone

I picked this up for a family member who I am pretty sure has sleep apnea. I started listening to it and even though I don’t have sleep apnea, I need to start working on all of this to prevent having it in the future. From environmental considerations to breathing exercise exercises and even nutrition. This book covers it all without ever having to resort to surgeries or a CPAP.
