Muddy

This was an ok book, but, listening to it via audiobook was quite confusing. During the first part it was hard to tell who was saying what, maybe that was the author trying to build tempo. I don’t know. I was determined to finish this book, can’t really say I was glad I did. Does not live up to the previous reviews. Do not recommend.

The Orchid Girls

This Audio Book was very well narrated however very hard to keep my attention. The plot does not unfold until the very end and therefore it is as if you can skip the entire middle rambling portion. It lacked depth and clarity. A three star rating is really pushing it however the ending was excellent. DeAnn DeVille Review

Couldn't get through it

I didn't care for the subject matter. As soon as it became clear I decided against finishing it. **Spoiler alert*** The two main characters are lesbian lovers. They should have the decency to mention that in the synopsis to avoid wasting the readers time. Good thing they refunded my credit.

Very good twist at the end

Took a while to really get going bit repetitive but stick with it the overall story is very good the ending is worth waiting for

The Narration is good but it’s another ‘good grief’ story

I wouldn’t bother. It’s ok if you’re happy with a mediocre listen but it’s too long and the story is pretty dreadful. The narration’s ok though.

Good story but lacked realism.

Had the potential to be a fantastic read but lacked realism in the way people in "Relationships" interact. In this day and age love scenes don't start with a look and a button being undone followed by "afterwards they looked into each others eyes and got dressed", I am not saying go into Graphic Detail but it was a bit like going up in a roller coaster, getting to the top and.... No big plunging "all arms in the air and screams" just a message to "Wait for your safety harness to be undone and leave quietly and in an orderly fashion to Your left. Shame, because the plot was very good.
