terrible until the last half hour
if you want to listen to a womans anxious thoughts over and over again until you want to slap her and her terrible decisions then this is the book for you. absolutely terrible and not believable in any way.

Not realistic
I think the author has no real knowledge or understanding of how or why open marriages work. Only why they fail. The fictional characters had only the most superficial understanding and did not approach the relationships in a thoughtful and compassionate way. She lends zero insight into these complex -and often successful- relationships. Very disappointing in its shallowness trite themes.
