I liked the story, but I couldn’t believe the ending. I was waiting for more.

Really heartfelt

I enjoyed this book a lot and hope there is a sequel! It was really well written and preformed.

Really fun book! Great characters, and set at the US Open in an authentic and fun way. I loved it.

Coming of age story

This was a nice story about two young tennis players. The book is really about anxiety, mental health issues and how to deal with panic attacks when you are on a world stage. Grief being at the center stage in this book. I did like the story though I felt sad most of it and did find Austin annoying at times with some of his reactions but he is a 20 year old after all.
The narrator was really good and I felt like he was reading the book just to me. Very intimate narration. Despite being a sad story at times I very much enjoyed a tennis player point of view. I thought it was realistic enough. Much more than the book Thirty love by Tom Vellner which was very cute but not very deep.
It has an HEA that is perfect for the story.

It was a great heartfelt slow burn story between two tennis players trying to pave their own paths.
