It is an excellent book for people that can understand the deep meaning of what Doctor C wants to share. Doctor C is a natural healer and a great holistic doctor; I can say that he save my life. He is superb; of course, the exact wrong doctors and the pharma industry don’t appreciate him, but who cares?
Millions of people got cured because of Doctor C; we love him and understand this book's meaning. People like Doctor Coldwell Is constantly attack for people that see themselves losing business, because they don't want people to learn that their health is in each one hands and not in any doctor hands.

Contains some excellent information
Would you listen to The Only Answer to Stress, Anxiety and Depression again? Why?
I saw that this book had only some rather poor reviews on Audible, whereas on Amazon as a book it had very good reviews, so I decided to make up my own mind by listening to it. Personally I think it is excellent and contains the answers to many problems. Mind you, he does go on a bit in places about things he is obviously passionate about such as Aspartame artificial sugar. But do bear with him - it is well worth it.
What other book might you compare The Only Answer to Stress, Anxiety and Depression to, and why?
I have read/listened to several books recently on "how to be a success", such as Brian Tracy's excellent "Change your thinking, change your life" and Jack Canfield's "Success Principles". I found that these complement and reinforce each other.
