one of the best cozy mysteries I've read/listened to in a long time. bring on the next one. I'm older and just love the older gals helping to solve the murders.

fun story and brilliant narration

I don't like terrorizing or books full of profanity. I love an Agatha Christie type mystery and this book meets every criteria. a delightful murder mystery with many twists and turns kept me guessing. the narrators voice is beautiful to listen to with just enough shift to recognize which character is speaking. this is the perfect book for a relaxing poolside listen

Thoroughly enjoyed

Fell in love with the characters and loved the narrator. Will be looking out for the next one

Three unusual women

I enjoyed the old woman who knew how to think and the somewhat younger single mom, whose children were out of the nest, leaving her looking for some new challenges and finally, the parson's dutiful wife who somewhat missed her hell-raising teen self.

These three became fast friends and each found a part of themselves while solving three murders.
A rollicking read left me amused, annoyed and anxious as I related in turns to each of the women.
