Spoiler: they get a lot of tacos together. Discouraged by the lack of prospects, Jack and Hallie make a wager to see who can find true love first, but when they agree to be fake dates for a weekend wedding, all bets are off. As they pretend to be a couple, lines become blurred and they both struggle to remember why the other was a bad idea to begin with.

Good, cute, not amazing.

If I were 24 I would be giving this read all of the stars. I’m twice that so a little jaded. It’s slow in the middle and I don’t understand the inability to express your feelings…. Other than the obvious prolong the book. It’s a cute listen. Great narration.

Zachary Webber….my favorite!

I listened to this book because of Zachary Webber. I had no idea what it was about and I was so pleasantly surprised! I loved it!!

Light and easy rom-com with minimal angst and conflict. Love Zachary Webber and the friendship & banter between the main characters.

Loved the narration. The story was super cute, a bit predictable but that’s ok, loved it.

Not every book needs a third act breakup

Would’ve been five stars but I’m pissed off that the breakup comes in chapter 28 of 30.

Miss the characters already!

I miss the characters already. I do wish it had been about an hour longer, more time added to the end or middle of the story. Great narrators and I don’t regret spending the credit! Xoxo
