Fun and Flirty

The narration was very good - from the excited squeals to the snarky comments. There are laughable moments that take you away. The cat comments and scenes are so sweet and spot on. The sexy scenes are very tame. There is quite a bit of cursing and “F” bombs though. Overall, an enjoyable book that took me away and I didn’t want to stop listening to.

Super sweet story

I'm a sucker for romance movies, the kind with the predictable plot line that they use over and over because it fills that gap between fairy tails and real life. The fun setup, the fresh love, the misunderstanding and the feel good happy ending. Although that classic misunderstanding was so much more in this book, so much more realistic. All topped off with imperfect relatable characters. Someone call hallmark, this needs to be a movie.

Hilarious

I read some of the reviews that were previously posted and you’ve got to be kidding. How could they not have enjoyed Izzy and Bailey’s banter. This book was hilarious and Lyn Painter has another fan in me. I listened to the audio version of this book and laughed out loud so many times. The young lady who narrated this little gym did an excellent job. The witty banter back-and-forth through their texts and conversations moved the story forward and certainly held my interest. If this is an example of the authors work than I am in for the rest of what she’s done. to me, this was a definite 5 star experience.

Fun

The story is fun and light-hearted. The characters are easy to like and their banter is amusing.

The cutest story!

This was such a cute story and the perfect example of finding the right person at the right time. I enjoyed it very much. I did miss getting to know the different characters in the story and I wanted to go a little more in depth of their backgrounds and life before they met. It would've helped me connect a bit more to the characters. Overall, this is a very cute and romantic story that made my heart very happy as I was reading!

Adorably cute

This was on sale and it’s been on my TBR for a couple of weeks. The first few chapters annoyed me, but damn!!! What it lacks in spice it makes up for in cute, witty, banter. This was so adorably cute and refreshing.

Really Great!

The banter between these two was so fun. I really enjoyed this book! It was a little too sweary for me, but i did like that it was mostly Blake who swore, so it became a character thing.

It was ok

The narrator was awesome and very expressive. The banter was also great. There was a lot of cursing and use of the middle finger. That’s just a personal preference that I do not like.

I loved this one

My wonderful friend recommended Accidentally Amy last fall…incessantly. And I thought “fine, it’s on the TBR” but we all know what that means….I’ll never read it.

Until the audiobook went on sale for $1.99. I don’t even listen to audiobooks but I can’t resist a deal like that.

And turns out, I freaking loved Accidentally Amy.

Full of witty banter, pet names like “dumb*ss,” open communication, three cats, and a swoony hero, Accidentally Amy was a fun and lighthearted read. I loved Blake the most—he was such a cinnamon roll that falls for Izzy so hard. And the audio was fantastic, I really felt like I understood Izzy’s and Blake’s personalities through the tone of the narrator.

I loved this one and you should too.

Light and enjoyable

I'm not sure why the bad reviews. This is a light romantic comedy with very little angst, which is exactly why I got it. I enjoyed the whole book, and even though I am a senior citizen, I thought the dialogue was humorous and not too childish as some complained. If you want something light hearted and something that won't make you cry, but instead keep you smiling, I can recommend this one.
