THE STORY

The End Times have come. Archaon Everchosen marches on the city of Middenheim – if he captures it, the key to the Chaos Gods' ultimate victory will be his. The last heroes of men, elves and dwarfs gather to stop him, but to stand against the hordes of the Ruinous Powers, they must turn to darker allies. Against all reason, the last hope for the world may be the Undying King, Nagash himself – if he and the mortal races can find a common cause and work together. If they cannot, Archaon's plan will come to fruition, and Chaos will consume the world.

loved it I don't care what people say about the endtimes these books are fantastic and the narration is even better.

The End

The end of the Old World is a decent story. The heroes of the world fought defiantly til the end.

I know a lot of people hate the end times but for me this is a masterpiece

absolutely loved this series and this book so far is my favourite. awesome performance and the story was just amazing thank you so much

A surprisingly compelling end to an era

I once heard that players of the original Warhammer Fantasy bemoaned the end of their setting's continued support. This piece, as well as the four novels before it, contextualize The End Times in such a way that I am satisfied. A worthy, "mighty doom" one might say.

The Series has a been an absolute joy I love listening to the books while playing total war warhammer really brings the vibe into the game while fighting off the hordes of chaos!FOR FRANZ!FOR SIGMAR!FOR THE EMPIRE!!

Great book!

The final book, with an amazing story. Sad to see it come to and end as Warhammer was part of my childhood, but also glad to hear it’s coming back.

Josh Reynolds should not have written this.

The End Times are mostly a botched set. You should have finished Blood Dragon and the fact that William King didn't write anything in the End Times contributes to how much the wrap up sucks. Setra speaking in third person is DUMB. Brunner possesses a Fell Fang if you knew your lore 🙄. And using Canto who originated from a FAKE Gotrek and Felix book is also lame. YOU SHOULD HAVE STUCK TO VAMPIRES. Overall these books are a disappointment

Better then Good, Exilent especially Sarcasm

i am a Fiend for amazingly written sarcasm.
and I love the back and forth banter of "allied forces" And I love the sarcasm of.... a few heros "shooting the shit in the woods" (line workers chatting)
1 vague example.
" ..... oh excuse me you're right, We Should Parlay, no matter army behind us."

Andrew James Spooner was the perfect reader/narrator to bring this to a close. his work through th end times books is phenomenal. The series is incredibly well written and the characters are brought to life. highly recommend the series. 10/10
