Some things I didn’t expect and some I did but this was a good read, uh, listen. I think I’ll have to continue with this series since this book has loaded up plenty for what’s coming in the next. The narrator’s voice has grown on me.

I am totally hooked on Emma Gardner and her team. This book has me from the first word to the last. Please don't stop with the stories. Aubrey Parsons is unbelievable. I can listen to him all day. Thank you

I wanted to wait until I had read two in the series before I proclaimed, but having done that I will proclaim – this is the great series so far. Complex characters, well written, well narrated. I tried a few other series after finishing all the Joy Ellis but didn’t find an author I liked til these books. I want to Read them so they last., but they’re so good. I can’t put them down. Go figure.

This was good. The two main characters are far frolic perfect but they work well together. I’m concerned about Riddick. He better clean up his life because the angst is bothering me. The audio narration was good but his depiction of female voices could be better.
