So much, Hope!

So much clarity in helping to understand the Y behind God‘s instructions for us to take every thought captive, this book helps explain how to dwell on all things like Philippians 48 instruct us two. This book has been amazingly, hopeful, helpful, and in perfect timing.

The author’s innovative approach to improving mental health.

It sometimes is a bit dry and dense. The author’s reading could be more dynamic.

You need to read this!

There are books that come across your life that truly hit it on the head. In this particular case, Self Brain Surgery does that. It reinforces the things that I grew up believing and amplifying it with both scientific and biblical support. It is well worth the time and attention to listen and to read; hopefully the application as well!

Real life examples and that Faith in the One and Only God, matters!
