But with the looming presence of the very Finch who began it all growing larger and larger, he has dwindling choices, and even worse rage against the monsters that beset him on all sides.

Just who will get all that they desire? Who will taste their vengeance in Twin Falls? Who will slam the door on the evils that lurk just beyond?

The hits keep coming

I love that Diggory finally grows a pair and starts to really use his power by himself! I was also really saddened by a tragic death of someone close to him. The series really starts to heat up and will keep your imagination going. I can't put a finger on it where this series will take me but I love it!

Astonishing

Chris Philbrook has the uncanny ability to always leave you wanting more!! This story had it all!! I can't wait to see if there will be more to this epic tale!!

Wow! And argh!

Definitely was not ready for this book to end. I'm sucked into the story and wanting more (which I shouldn't be surprised about, given the author. ❤️). Please hurry with the next one!

Diggory Finch Deserves Another Adventure

Chris Philbrook created something truly special with the Darkness of Diggory Finch series. The perfect mix of horror, mystery, humor, and heart kept me hooked from beginning to end. Diggory is a fantastic character, witty, relatable, and the kind of protagonist you can’t help but root for.

One of my favorite things about this series is how immersive the world feels. The story is packed with suspense, memorable characters, and just enough darkness to keep you turning pages while still making you laugh along the way. Every book left me eager to jump into the next one.

Without giving away any spoilers, this is a series I would recommend to anyone who enjoys supernatural horror, mystery, and character-driven stories. The characters and world stayed with me long after I finished the final book.

My only complaint? There aren’t more of them. I would happily read a fourth book and spend more time with these characters and this world. If Chris ever decides to continue Diggory’s story, I’ll be first in line to read it.
