Having read many of John’s books, I would say this one is as valuable to me as The 21 Irrefutable Laws Of Leadership has been; perhaps even more so. And the audio version provides additional insights from John that made it even more valuable. So practical and wise!

I this is John's best book. If you can learn to master what is in this book you will take your leadership to new heights.

love his voice

seemed as he talked a lot about himself in the book but his voice and demeanor are sweet. i have read several so it was a little repetitive, but still had great points amd take aways.
