Great Audiobook

Honest, helpful, and super beneficial. Always great when a book is narrated by the author, however in this case it’s even more beneficial as the topic is difficult to discuss for many men. The voice of the actual person who went through this and advising is symbolic for addressing our own ability to address issues in our own lives.

Great book for many men who are struggling with this in their life, whether they knew it consciously or not.

Amazing!

Loved the book! Sathiya is really going down to the core and focusing on what really matters in the way to get free from sexual lust. I have read many books on the topic and this is the best book I have read so far!

Great for Mindset on Porn Recovery

Overall a great read. I bought the book to have a stronger approach to breaking away from porn. While the book and its associated workbook gave me a big push in this direction, I would have liked a more direct approach to the topic.

Although, I will admit that the ties with religion throughout the book helped me solidify my thinking when it comes to strengthening my belief system.
