Was worth the listen

I would recommend this adventure. I wish the books could have been combined to give more listening time though. But once I started listening I had to listen to the end because the characters were interesting and I wanted to hear how everything turned out.

I loved this series. I listened to the Contamination Series and was looking for more. I definitely got more.

The characters are interesting and the story feels like it flows to logical yet sometimes unanticipated directions.

This series is a great

If you're looking for a series that you can get lost in this is it. The authors did a great job of keeping continuity with each other throughout the series. I laughed and teared up a couple times, not going to lie I was pissed a few times when people were lost but overall the story was great and I can only hope these two work together again.

I feel awful that I don't write reviews as often as I should when fantastic authors do such an amazing job of keeping my attention during my Crazy Life. If you have not read this entire series you are doing your self a great Injustice. They are truly a fantastic ride. I'll keep this short since 'the ruin' is waiting, I need to know what else happens in this civilization and with these characters. I have truly enjoyed every moment that I have spent either reading or listening to the entire series. Thank you so much for your contribution to our literary experience. I look forward to reading more.

On a side-note both of these authors have MANY amazing book out on the market. If they can be purchased threw amazon I have read them. Not a one has let me down and to my knowledge at this very moment the ruin is the only one left to read. They are on my list to check on monthly for new release. When I say I have a crazy life most people gasp when they hear our story so if I find the time I know anyone can and the last Survivor series is a great place to start.

Thanks for your hard work I only wish I was an eloquent enough writer to do this review Justice for you. It is disappointing that so many people got caught up with the feminism aspect of the first book I hope they stuck with it to see the end and what an amazing role those characters played. sometimes we have to show the disgusting side of ignorant people to really show how we grow and become more enlightened.

great ending to the series

Really good ending to the series. It was an awesome journey to watch all the characters evolve. Sean Runnette is a fantastic narrator as always. Very highly reccomended.

Good series listen: Fantasy Post-Apocalyptic

I enjoyed the series more than I expected to after book 1. Not that book 1 was bad. It's just not what I expected from "post-apocalyptic" - has more of a fantasy feel to me. Having Sean Runnette as narrator was great!! I really can't imagine it without his voice. Plan to continue on with The Ruins.
