Yes! There may be a lot of things in here that may seem to be common sense, however we can far to often get wrapped up in whatever situation, we forget. "Can't see the forest for the trees." We could all use a reminder from time to time from someone who we can't get made at.

Good audiobook for my commute. Subject of kindness seems so simple but there is kindness we must unleash on ourselves too.
