Top notch story!

This wasn't just another bland military type romance. This had more twist and turns in the storyline than military maneuvers! If you like the Maya Banks KGI series, you'll love this! So well written!
I confess that for me, Savannah seemed a bit too weepy at times and the intense friendships with her deceased husband's buddies maybe a little unbelievable, but spicy romance with Griffin combined with the mystery of several black op operations was intense. Luckily, a few gutsy female operatives relieved the "southern belle" persona. It is easy to see a few additional books coming from the group in this 1st in the series.
The audio was good. If I have one complaint, it's when people who do not have a natural Southern accent, try to speak as a Southerner. It's just too fake. However, if you do not live in the South, maybe it's believable!

First time reader of author - thumbs up!

This is the first book I have listened to by this author. I’m hooked. I’m going to look at her other books ASAP. I’m excited to have a new author to listen to. I enjoyed the characters, the story line, the hot sexy scenes :). The story had amazing hot scenes but there was also a good captivating story line.

Who’s going he Hunted One?

Love this story of falling in love again falling in love for the first time forgiveness action ups downs new and old characters. Narrators are new to Brittney Sahin’s stories. Took some getting use to the female narrators voice. I would recommend to anyone that’s loves action romance stories.

I really liked this story line. I don't care for all the mind chatter. say what you mean don't chatter on and on. big turn off for me. I loved the story line though.

Amazing start to a new spinoff series!!

I have been a fan of Brittney Sahin for quite some time, and I have read the print version of this book before purchasing the audible. I honestly wasn't sure the audible would do the book justice, but it might have just made me love it more! The book is well written, and Ava Lucas and Tyler Johnson have brought it to life...and the HEAT...phew! I HIGHLY recommend this listen!

A yummy new series full of action!

The first book in a fantastic new spin off series, The Hunted One sets the bar high with romance, suspense, and action, plus a whole new group of swoony guys. Some characters are new, some we’ve met before, and I was thrilled she decided to start with Savanna, the widow of one of the characters from her Stealth Ops series. She wrote the perfect guy for her when she came up with Griffin too.

Savanna is unwittingly drawn into a very dangerous situation by her late husband’s brother. Stepping in to protect her after an attempted kidnapping and trying to get to the bottom of the situation is the brand new team of Falcon Security, headed by Carter Dominick and Gray Chandler. Griffin is assigned to protect her after a second attempt is made to get to her and they flee to an off the grid location. Once there sparks fly. Savanna is shocked that she is drawn to a man for the first time since her husband’s death. Griffin has avoided relationships his entire life, and though he tries to keep things professional, that proves to be impossible. On the run from forces trying to get to Savanna, the guys of Falcon Security go from Alabama to the shores of the Mediterranean to uncover the truth and neutralize the danger Savanna was placed in.

Occasionally I start an audiobook that I can’t stop listening to and this story had me so hooked, I switched between listening and reading to get to the end of this amazing story. I LOVE this new series Brittney has cooked up and can’t wait for more! Savanna was a strong heroine and was ready to take on any new situation. Griffin was a delightful, if reluctant Alpha who owned his operator status even if he was bewildered by his draw to Savanna. As an added bonus, the narrators Tyler Johnson and Ava Lucas were absolutely amazing. With the perfect southern twang, they gave gravity and humor to this action packed, steamy book!
