Such a beautiful story! Loved Em's journey, the depth of character shown, the story of true love and friendship.

Great heartfelt story

This was a wonderful story! I felt as though I was right there with the characters feeling and experiencing the same things. I couldn’t put it down.

More than 5 Stars!

Where do I even begin? I loved this book!!! It is filled with so much heart, hope, and all the emotions.
Em is barely alive when she found bleeding and taken to the doctor in Azure Springs. Needing a place to recover she is taken in by a loving family, with the exception of the eldest daughter, Eliza is a spoiled snob.
The most handsome sheriff, Caleb is anxious to find the bad guys and help Em as much as he can. I can't give details but they are in for a few surprises.
There are some very heartbreaking moments too. I've listened to this book at least three times and still get tears in my eyes at a certain point.
I loved seeing Em blossom into the woman she was meant to be. Many life lessons are learned by those around her and maybe even by some who read or listen to this story.
The ending tugs at my heartstrings.
The narration by Coleen Marlo brings this wonderful story to another level of emotion.
I never would have guessed this was a debut novel. I look forward to reading more and more by Rachel Fordham!

This book is a great story that has well- developed characters that drew me in. I listened to it while walking and found myself walking further because I wanted to hear more.

Refreshing

Beautifully written. This story made my emotions soar and my heart to crush and cry. I also love that the heroine wasn’t perfect in her appearance and that the male lead had to learn what beauty truly is.

I wasn’t expecting such a fantastic story. It grabbed my attention from start to finish and caused me to lose a little sleep. The narrator was fantastic and really brought the characters to life. Highly recommend.
