Time traveling fun

Would you listen to The Highlander's Touch again? Why?

I have listened to this book 4 times and read it twice, it's so much fun to listen to.

What did you like best about this story?

The time traveling aspect is a big favorite of mine and the paired with Scottish history it's a win win.

Have you listened to any of Phil Gigante???s other performances before? How does this one compare?

If you haven't listened to Phil Gigante's narrating before your missing out. Paired with Ms. Moning's writing, this is a match made in historical romance heaven, his rich sensual voice is like a rich golden whiskey on a cold and frosty night warming you right down to your toes.

If you love Hunky Scottish hero's and sassy modern women then you will love this book.

Dashing hero and wonderful heroine

Lovely book! I read these when they first came out and now to have them read to me! Lisa is a strong independent woman who faces all sorts of troubles with a fierceness that’s hard to rival. From family health issues to going back in time, she’s able to face it without too many complaints.

The hero is sweet and had some quirks due to being back in medieval times, but overall the duo compliments each other.

If you’re looking for a 21st century woman romance who falls into the past, then this will be the book for you.

amazing series

Honestly I started backwards and read the fever series first which is primarily fantasy and secondarily romantic. I was apprehensive about highlander series because I was worried it would diminish the fever series' author in my mind but I was wrong.
In short, yes, it is a somewhat typical of romance novel with virgin women and alpha men but that shouldn't be a complaint if you're reading this type of book, it IS what you like afterall! The book series is romance on STEROIDS and it has plot development that's unique to Karen Marie Moning and I literally wasn't able to pull any of them down. The first 10 minute sucks you in entirely.
Phil Gigante is on my top three for narrators and he definitely never, ever disappoints!
The only CON is that I'm done with ALL her books and now what??? :-D write more please and faster, too.

Powerful,breath taking Romance, Love to visualize the story. Excellent narrator! Begs you for more! Can't wait for the next book!

I have read many Highland, period-romances and this series is still the best. Phil makes it superb! Love the mix of the Knight's Templars, real battles, Adam Black, time-travel, and hot, sensual, loving intimacy between couple. Perfect.
