Impatiently awaiting the next book!

Love it, love them all. Love Gina Lamanna love Allyson Ryan. Love para love mystery and love romance. A little heat would be nice but isn’t necessary at all. Has all the key elements and a great understory as well as a less deep singular mystery.

Gina LaManna & Allyson Ryan do it again

The duo of Gina LaManna & Allyson Ryan do it again with this latest installment. Gina LaManna has a wonderfully creative mind that allows her to keep all of her series original and fresh. Allyson Ryan, as always bring life to all the characters.

Best one yet

Honestly I haven’t been that interested in this series so far, but this book definitely improved, the story is getting interesting and the charactures more fleshed out.

The Dani turns hysterical

I've enjoyed this series, it's not the best but it's entertaining. But this book? I found myself yelling "stop being a jerk." "What's wrong with you." And similar things. Her going off the deep end was overdone and not in keeping with the character. I finished it for the sake of the plot, but there were a couple of times when I almost stopped listening. Hoping the next one won't be so overly dramatic in terms of her behavior.

Volume control

I have listened to the other books in the series and they were ok, enough to keep my interest. This book has me seriously considering if I want to continue to the next book. In this book Dani whiny like a spoiled 14 year old girl. She seems to throw a temper tantrum every other 5 minutes. She is unable to act like an adult much less a detective at the first sign of trouble. I found my self getting annoyed and almost stopped listening. I felt as if there was very little action but a whole lot of whining and complaining. The narrator which i usually like, is yelling in your ear a fair amount of time. You don't actually have to yell when reading a book. It is possible give the sense that the character raised her voice with out blowing out the listers ear drums. In my opinion this book was just eh.

Knock off Twilight

This book reminds me if the twilight main characters were older but never evolved into actual adults.
