Publisher's summary

Six years ago, in the dead of night, I woke up to a cold bed and an even colder future without her.

I would’ve followed her anywhere, and she left.

I thought I’d moved on and left all she meant to me behind. But a first love is never easy to forget. Even harder when I once felt our love was inevitable - inescapable. And I’ve been proven right once again.

One night brings us back together and derails our lives. We’re sent on a collision course with a future apart and, even scarier - a future together. I’m back basking in the warm glow of her gaze and burning with the unquenchable fire of her touch.

We’ve walked this path before, and our shattered hearts have been pieced back together. As easy as it would be to run again, I can’t stop wanting her.

This is our final chance to have what we’ve always wanted - each other. Or it’ll be our ruin.

The final book in the Falling Trilogy, a Fulton U Universe novel.

I loved this series!

Bay and Dare kept on until the end. True love won out! But the angst of getting there kept the suspense going…..will they or won’t they?

A must listen to!!

This is the final book in the Falling Trilogy. If you haven’t started what are you waiting for. My emotions were put through the ringer but it was worth it. Keyton and Bay’s story was narrated to perfection by Tim Paige and Emma Wilder. Their performance is spot on and had me so enthralled. This second chance romance is worth all the ups and downs that this trilogy put me through! A must listen to!!

The perfect ending! 🥰

I must be one of the only ones that didn't start this third and final book mad at Bay. I understood what she was doing when she was walking away at the second book. I DEVOURED this audiobook.  It gave me everything I wanted from the ending for Dare and Bay. Dare was finally at a good place in his life and seemed well adjusted. I do wish I had some closure with Dare's dad... whatever happened to him? Bay is living her dream. One day their paths cross.... is it finally their time?

The narration was FLAWLESS. Emma Wilder and Tim Paige were fabulous.  Both Wilder and Paige brought their characters to life. Wilder is always a favorite narrator of mine. I haven't listened to one book with her narration that I haven't loved. She's that good. Paige did a fantastic job giving us a strong Dare that seems to know himself now.

An emotional finish to the trilogy!

I had been looking forward to finding out how Keyton and Bay's story would end since I picked up the first book in the trilogy. So I was happy to see them find their way back to each other.

Their journey has not been easy by any stretch of the imagination and while it broke my heart that they were apart for do long, it honestly wasn't the right time for them. Now, as adults, they are in the same place at the same time and reconnect for the first time in six years.

As much as I wanted them to get back together right away it felt realistic that they took their time. There were so many past hurts and current concerns to consider. Despite all that and their years apart it was obvious the chemistry and love between them was still there. It was hard fought but their HEA was so wonderful.

Maya is one of my favorite authors and I loved getting to spend time in the Fulton U world again with Keyton and Bay. If you've read some of Maya's other books you will love getting to see some of your favorite characters and a hint or two at one of her other series too. I definitely recommend this trilogy and all of her books!

Falling Trilogy!

The Hate of Loving You (Falling Trilogy, Book 3) is the exciting and turbulence suffused ending to the trilogy. I absolutely loved the finale and the whole trilogy. The authors writing style is captivating and her character's will steal your hear. It ends perfectly.

Perfected by the performance of Tim Paige and Emma Wilder. Their dual narration was pure perfection. I love listening to both of these narrators make this trilogy come alive. Emma's inflection is sweetly appealing to listen to and portrait of Bay. She is a favorite of mine. Tim Paige's tonality is strong and perfect for Dare's personality.

Enjoyed this trilogy!

Having listened to the two previous installments i instantly started looking forward to this third audiobook! I was glad to get back into the Falling world and reunite with these characters one more time, I enjoyed this listen!

I was so happy that i got to listen to Tim and Emma's narration once again! The way these two capture the emotions was so great and i truly enjoyed what both of them brought to this trilogy with their narrating as Dare and Bay!

Bay and Dare's journey continues! I was glad to get back into this story with these characters. Gosh, these two had me feeling so dang much throughout this entire trilogy! It's not an easy one and that pulled me into their journey even more with every installment.

With The Hate of Loving You, Ms.Hughes has created a great journey that will make you feel so much! I can't wait for more from her! I am definitely going to be picking up more audiobooks narrated by Tim Paige and Emma Wilder in the future!

All the feels. I loved it!

I absolutely loved The Hate of Loving You by Maya Hughes when I first read it, so when I had the chance to listen to it, I jumped at the opportunity. Narrated by Tim Paige and Emma Wilder, this is the conclusion to Bay and Dare’s journey and what a journey it was. It was definitely not an easy one. Their overall story has been emotional and angst-filled. Years, yes, years, after they last saw each other, they are once again face-to-face. The chemistry and connection they have always shared is still there, but so is the hurt and heartbreak. Is this finally their time and can they find a way back to each other? I was not sure, but I devoured their story anyway.

I absolutely loved Dare, but I have since the Fulton U series. He was absolutely amazing. Caring and thoughtful, he stole my heart. Bay has been through so much and yet came out of it on the other side. They are the same people, but also different since the start of the first book. They have grown so much. I also loved seeing old friends! Another great story from this author, even as I broke while listening!

Happy listening!

Utterly amazing and completely heartbreaking

This story, and the entire series completely broke the mold on me.
Bay and Dare's story shredded my heart and left me broken in tiny pieces on the floor, only to glue all the pieces back together, but with visible cracks and scars that will forever mar it's surface.
This trilogy as a whole and The Hate of Loving You specifically completely slayed me.

As always, Tim Paige and Emma Wilder are such a huge part of bringing these intense, amazing and emotional characters to life, with intense chemistry, unfathomable emotional depth and an absolutely impeccable performance.

Perfect!

This was the perfect ending to this story! Since I had already read the book, it was so nice to be able to hear the words that I loved so much! The narrators did such a great job and they put so much emotion and feelings when they narrate that you can feel the energy of the characters coming off the page.
