Painful.
I wanted a Ghost Story but this reads as a very, very juvenile romance. The scenes in which there is "adult" activity may have been written by a 13 year old boy.

Made it half way....Now in the DNF list
I truly tried with this one. made it to about the half way point and still couldn't really get into the story or the characters. It's not horrible and the narrator is pretty good, but not well written IMHO and doesn't draw the reader/listeners in.

Racy
Not for me! I was looking for a good time travel book not a racy romance. If racy romance is your thing, this is the book for you. I personally don't like it. I was getting interested in the plot and then it took a turn. Oh well, I quit listening so I will never know how it ends.
