It Helps Heal Your Soul Wounds

Great philosophy. Outstanding narration. Very relaxing to listen to. It teaches how we're one with the universe. It helps you to calm down from our everyday stress and troubles by focusing on what you can do to be a better person, instead of worrying for the things that are out of your control.

I enjoyed this book very much.

Great Audiobook

This book has some very useful information that helps the reader establish a new perspective. The message is simple so that a person can take practicle steps that can be used day to day in order to initiate change.

Good read for most women (and some men) I know.

You should know that there is a prayer at the end. If this is not your deal ( Christian theology or belief), turn it off when he starts in with "Let us pray". Otherwise, it is a fantastic way to help yourself find peace of mind, especially if your parents were socially dysfunctional and passed it on to you. It will change your perspective of the people around you (even the guy in the car behind you gesturing rudely).

Soothing read

Good advice. It's a condensed version but it has a calming message. Music is soothing.

Made me rethink my life.

The narrator does an excellent job on portraying one of the best books I've ever heard. At first, I thought that the book would dwell into a collection of stories, but as it went on, I couldn't stop listening.

Inspirational

I read this book 1st loved it so much I downloaded the Audible book. I listen to it on my morning walks & sometimes on long drives. I feel it brought me back to basics, grounded me again to the simple, yet often difficult, way to look at life.

This book is so relevant, I'd recommend it to everyone! In a fairly short read (listen), the common sense this book makes can literally change your life... for the better. I've read the paper version, but found the audio version excellent.
