Excellent management approach

Chatman’s management philosophy is built around respect. As a 35 year successful manager, he is right on. I enjoyed listening because his content is good. His personality types are just the DiSC rebranded, so I don’t care that much for it. I skimmed and shipped those chapters when it was clear that mother was new. But I’ve used DiSC to successfully train dozens of managers, so I can vouch that it’s excellent.

Boring

Very long to get to the points. Probably the worst of the 100’s of books I’ve bought on audible.
