Below Par

I normally enjoy James Patterson books and short stories very much. These were very disappointing. The plots were quite predictable and" the guilty parties "easily discernible at the beginning of each story.

Three excellent stories

I often don't have time to get into and finish entire books. This series was three extremely suspenseful books that were short enough to get into and enjoy with my wife in the time we traveled on holiday.

Enjoyable to listen to

Good way to pass the time in traffic. The stories were easy to get into. Nice, fairly light escapes, good to take one's mind away from the work day. The narration was great, especially the first narrator, Jamie Renell. He had a warm tone, and a great delivery.

Angry Story Reader

The Narrator sounded Angry throughout the stories; that reduced my enjoyment of the listening experience.

This is a Three Short Stories Novel

I thought this was a complete novel about a family lawyer. Was very disappointed to learn the book had 3 short stories. I was not interested in the other 2 stories. Can I exchange this book for another that is a complete novel?

Not my usual James.

I am a long time James Patterson fan. This was a disappointment. It just wasn’t what I have come to expect from his books. This will not stop me from picking up another of his books soon but I may want to read a sample before I purchase.

Great story as far as it went.

Still can not figure out why the story ended. It felt like the last half was omitted. Terrible teenagers who appeared guilty as sin. But the story ended before anything was resolved.

Wish the authors would go back and at least send these two terrible teens to jail. Consequently, this was the most disappointing tales from Audiobooks!
