Great listen and east to follow along! Very impressive and interesting stories. Some laughs, some sad moments but also very inspiring and I highly recommend.

One of the best books on audio of my life. Mr. F*ing Byrnes is an amazing individual with great real life stories. This book will F*ing change your life.

Entertained and inspired by Eric’s passion!

Long before I was aware of Eric’s great personality, I was a huge fan of the way he played baseball. The heart, hustle, & passion that he exemplified on the diamond also shows true in this book. The F* It List allows us to see Eric Byrnes the son, husband, father, sports commentator, and endurance sport athlete at his most authentic self.
I have been TRULY INSPIRED to be a better version of myself because of this book.

This was a great listen, E has wild story’s and narrates with passion and high energy. I’m going to start to train and enter a triathlon.

So much good stuff in this book

I loved listening to Eric narrate his book and listening to his post baseball life.

EB is hilarious, smart and an overall great dude. This was time well spent, now, time to HUSTLE

Fun read with a ton of energy

A life story worth writing and worth reading. I could relate way more to the first part and was more interested in the baseball experience than I was with the last 20 chapters about running. If you're more into baseball, you'll enjoy it and won't feel bad putting the book down after chapter 110 or so.

Find something else.

This came off like a Tony Robbins seminar and Byrnes just wanted to say "F*ck" a million times.
I'm at 20+ chapters in and Brynes just confirms he's a spoiled rotten jerk. He tries to say the right things but this book is just a waste.
