Jenny had me completely hooked as she read out the intense situation unfolding for Akari.

Great Sequel

If you liked the first book, then buying this one is a no-brainer. We get more insight into the character's motivations and some confirmations of what we probably already suspected. Oh, and creepy, evil little girls. Those are always fun.

An excellent follow up

This book does an excellent job of expanding the lore of the world and setting up for later books in the series. I also really love the final villain, so creepy and such interesting descriptions of how she uses her conjurings.
