What if it were easy to end scarcity now and forever? To stop chasing money--stop living for the money without having to give anything up? And if the solution had nothing to do with politics or social issues?
During these uncertain times, most are concerned with the growing instability as we are at the threshold of massive disruptions affecting us all.

This well-researched audiobook is impossible to pause as it reveals in layman's terms how the money we use creates scarcity and how easy it is to fix. It will leave you empowered with the possibility of abundance for all. This is the true money revolution--what comes after Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

With 30 years of professional financial market experience and over a decade of intensive research, Kristen Ragusin is uniquely positioned to shed light on the promise the future holds.

Look no further--this audiobook will change your life. It is the key to unlock our mutual prison. It will open your mind and make your soul fly with one stunning revelation after another. Leaving you with the clarity of what's wrong and how easily we can transform the world, unleash freedom, and creativity. After up-leveling evolution and consciousness, scarcity can become a thing of the past.

You may like this book if you want to hear about the history of money and how author would like money to work better for all of us in a new abundant world. In this new world money will go to things that are productive. I applaud Kristen's ideas about a new abundant world that turns our current money system on it's head where there is no scarcity of money... we can create as much money as we want to take care of everyone's needs. There is a lot of optimism here, that if we can only convince politicians that money is not scarce, we could just create more money to take care of all of our wants.

I purchased this book as I work to overcome my scarcity mindset that was formed in my childhood like it has in many people. If you are considering this book to help you overcome a scarcity mindset. I do not believe this book will help you. I listened to the entire book so you don't have to.

If you want a history of money and consider the thoughts of those that want to change our current money system then you might like this book. If you want to listen to cherry picked negatives to capitalism without any nod to the benefits then you will like this book. If you are a fan of the activist David Graeber and the Occupy Wall Street movement then I think you will like this book. Like Graeber, Kristen does a good job acknowledging that cancelling debt via a debt jubilee would affect 100% not just the 99% that Graeber rallied on as most pension funds are invested in our nations' bonds. So Kristen gets reality and is a very smart money person. I don't dislike her arguments but unfortunately when any author takes one side and does not expound the virtues of the other I am quickly turned off.

Kristen would love if money was just created by and for the people versus by creating debt. Could this happen one day? I don't know but it seems like pie in the sky thinking. How will we get people to work? She only lightly mentions usury that I was surprised she didn't go into the history of usury and excessive interest and exploitation considering how much history of money she talks about.

Kristen narrated this book herself and has a wonderful voice. I like how she told much of her story as a conversation with her smart Harvard friend Sam. Seriously though, Sam is so smart and has all these history lessons for Kristen but doesn't know the rule of 72? Ok, I'm kind of joking here. I really want to like this book but I only liked the first 2 chapters. The rest were like listening to Kristen ramble on about her dreams of how money should work. I certainly don't have the same optimism that she has and I just want to suffer less from a scarcity mindset. I acknowledge I misunderstood the goal of this book and that is on me so 4 stars seems very fair.

Will not help you overcome a Scarcity Mindset

For those that are already familiar with the money system and how money is really created. This is a great confirmation and review book. For those that don’t know about the money system this book is a must read.

Finally, an author & narration that is soothing while presenting facts of our F’d economic system that doesn’t perpetuate anxiety in my body,
Ther’s so many money bks presenting th facts of our F’d economy & how it’s destined to “crash”.. which only creates more flight//fright “responses of lack” in our bodies from th w/ zero solutions they give.

The only other bk I can think of that doesn't perpetuate a 'run for the hills' level of anxiousness & also well presented is Jeff Booth’s, “The Price of Tomorrow”.

I’m so tired of economists/financial experts presenting th “facts” that just keep me up @ nt. Knowledge that isn’t solution oriented just keeps us @ th same level of reactive thinking.

I loved this bk & I’m getting it into as many people’s hands as possible (via actual bk or audible.. I ask people which they prefer.)

This bk is worth re listening to whenever I get stressed abt th crazy financial news frenzies that keep us as seperate 'consumers', instead of actual communities of highly creative people w/ goods & services we all need. Our services IS our economy.. not th 'medium' we use to exchange.

God bless this author & her beautiful narration.

Finally, a bk abt our F’d economy that gives solutions.
