Acerca de esta escucha
Learn the best way to talk to your kids and how to empower them to believe in themselves.
Is your child afraid of going out of the house? Is he having first school day jitters far too long? Does he cry whenever you drop him off at school? Does he clam up during recitations? Is he afraid of situations where there are a lot of other people?
Your child may be experiencing separation and social anxiety symptoms. These children may also experience a lot of stress when they are thinking of engaging in situations where they have to interact with other people. And this can be quite a problem when they start going to school or develop friendships. If your child is also a highly sensitive child, the anxiety may even be more magnified.
This audiobook will help you understand your child's condition. I have my own experience of handling an anxious child. I have also experienced the difficulty of training my children in terms of developing social skills. This audiobook will help other parents with socially anxious children cope with this condition.
In this audiobook, you will learn:
- How social anxiety develops in children
- Various anxiety symptoms your children may be suffering from
- Potential threats to development that may affect your children in their adulthood
- Perspectives and strategies on raising a socially anxious child
- Powerful words to say to your children that will surely boost their confidence
Get this audiobook and you will feel more empowered in your parenting. Let me help you because I've been there and I don't want other parents to suffer alone. Raise your children with an understanding of their situation. Let this audiobook guide you as you raise your children to become resilient and confident just as they are.

High sensitivity is a personality trait that may not be common, but exists in 15 to 20 percent of our population. They are ordinary people, but highly sensitive people (HSP) or highly sensitive children (HSC) may just have some particular needs not shared by everyone. Having a highly sensitive child may be challenging for parents, and many have searched for resources on how to take care of them. This audiobook is the product of my own experience of taking care of a highly sensitive child.

If you're like countless other women today, you probably feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, stressed, frustrated, or unsatisfied. You may be taking on an abundance of emotional labor-tending to others' needs at the expense of your own. If you've spent your whole life trying to please and manage other peoples' experience, it's time to speak your truth out loud, stand in your own shoes, and live an authentic life-rather than just behave.

Historia
Dr. Ross Greene, a distinguished clinician and pioneer in the treatment of kids with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, has worked with thousands of explosive children, and he has good news: these kids aren't attentionseeking, manipulative, or unmotivated, and their parents aren't passive, permissive disciplinarians. Rather, explosive kids are lacking some crucial skills in the domains of flexibility/adaptability, frustration tolerance, and problem solving, and they require a different approach.

If you’re struggling to stay on top of your to-do list, you probably have a good reason: anxiety, fatigue, depression, ADHD, or lack of support. For therapist KC Davis, the birth of her second child triggered a stress-mess cycle. The more behind she felt, the less motivated she was to start. She didn’t fold a single piece of laundry for seven months. One life-changing realization restored her sanity—and the functionality of her home: You don’t work for your home; your home works for you.

Not What I Was Expecting
Had some good things that made my brain think. But it was all just the ins and outs of the research. No application or techniques. So basically, it was the WebMD of books. The title was pretty misleading for the content was presented.

Not helpful
I was looking for tips on how to help my child. This book didn’t provide that. In fact, it made me feel like there was no hope for my child because my husband and I are introverts. She spent like a whole chapter it felt like talking about how if you are quiet, spend lots of time at home, and have a small group of friends, your child will be the same. I’m sorry. There have to be some helpful tips other than just don’t be a quiet introverted parent.

VERY little advice for parents.
Except for the last 1.5 chapters she spends the whole time explaining how a child can be anxious. Ok sure , it could be helpful if you cant see a pattern on what sets your kid off and don't even think about it. When she finally gets to parents advice on what to do, all she said was be patient. BE PATIENT BE PATIENT BE PATIENT!!! she literally repeated that. Seriously!! I know I have to be patient I wanted to learn some techniques or maybe so kind of thought process for the parents to do when the child is freaking out. Oh and encourage your child but don't be pushy when shy? I'm sorry but thats common sense to me.
