ludicrous plot

I didn't like any part of this story. a Duke reusing a deprived uncle and believing himself guilty of his wife's death. yes, he was guilty of trusting his wife to his uncle's care. he then mattress again and stays away from his bride because he thinks he's toxic. Why then marry? When he finally starts to have marital relations he brings by spanking her and leaving bite marks, and she likes it! The computerized narration is horrible. Everyone sounds the same, male or female

Tried to finish - AI voice is awful

I’m what can I say? I ran out of listens and thought, how bad could it be? The answer is very, very bad. The AI voice is so soulless and “uncanny valley-ish” that it sucks out your own humanity.
