What was the point

Not sure about this but the way this book ends means there will be a second book, but if not then the book was pointless. Ends on a cliffhanger and the big reveal wasn’t anything spectacular. Must be why it is a free read.

Very different story line from what I’ve been listening to

Very good listen. So different from my normal listens, I loved all the characters! It makes you really think about “side effects” I would suggest this!

Pretty good

I picked it based on the listening time since I was going on a trip…. What a great story! Took a bit to get into but once you’re hooked you’re on the edge the entire time.

Not Expected

The details were phenomenal and the story was not predictable. Narrator was excellent in capturing the characters.

Bizarre but Captivating

Narrator is amazing. Story is bizarre. I have never done psychedelics so found descriptions interesting but have no idea as too whether they are accurate. The description of panic attacks certainly are, having had a couple. Interesting but bizarre plot. Ending ambivalent.

Riveting

I appreciate the character development, the twists & the turns. This one took me for a ride & made me feel like I was on a psychological journey that I am sure to not forget soon. There is so much to find in this read. A little bit of yourself even

Please give us a Dropouts book 2!!

This one will live in my brain for a while! While never having very relatable experiences I still felt and feared with the characters. It left me addicted to what might happen next!

The way in which the book was written and the characters relationships to each other was very intriguing.

Overall I thought it was a very good book . I wonder if they're going to have a second book or if they're going to just leave it with the cliffhanger ?
