A great blend of romance and the supernatural

I loved this book though I’m not usually a romance reader. Most don’t really reflect what a real, true, love is like. But I am someone that does know what true lasting love is, having 50 amazing years with a man who is so like Ben in this book. The author so eloquently writes into the story the caring, humor and love upon which a great romance can be built.

Great read

This was an unexpected find. I thoroughly enjoyed the story. The reader did such a great job I will look for more books read by her.

A beautiful story of grief, and simultaneously beautiful love story. I had a great time reading this and found myself getting more and more invested in it the further the plot developed. It was romance with Paranormal layer (admittedly more paranormal than romance), and although I wasn’t expecting paranormal (I pre-ordered the book based on early marketing without reading much of the description), I am shocked at how much I loved it. I think I believe in ghosts now. It all makes so much sense! It seems so plausible. And I adored this very unique and lovely story.

I absolutely loved this book. I laughed, I cried, I was surprised....it's a light read at least for me.

Couldn’t put it down!

Absolutely delightful and heart warming. I MIGHT believe in love again or at least in the possibility that it exists!! Read it. Laugh. Cry a little. Smile a lot. Do not miss the author’s note at the end!

Narration is a 10/10

I loved how much the narrator was able to portray each character with a distinct voice. The narrator adjusted her voice with actions and diction.
I would recommend this book to anyone. It teaches the importance of enjoying the little things while we are alive and to acknowledge the bad, but accept it and move on.

I didn’t know where this was going, but I loved where it took me

This story started out with a million different possibilities. The author wove them all together beautifully, heartbreakingly, and perfectly.

A true romance

A very engaging book. Had me hooked right away and the happy ending I needed!

Skeptical at First

I was skeptical at first.. once I realized she saw ghosts.. I stopped listening for almost a week. I decided to start listening again and my goodness this book did not disappoint. I finished it in 2 days after that. I couldn’t stop listening! This has been the best book I’ve read/listened to all year. I’m pretty good at guessing what will happen next but there were twists and turns in this book I never saw coming. I loved that. I can’t wait to recommend this book to all my friends.

Best book I have listened to awhile.

I don’t normally do reviews. But absolutely loved this book. It captivated me from the beginning. The audio was great as well!
