Really like the series

Not a lot of drama but it was easy listening and kept you wanting to know what was going to happen in the end. The characters were very likeable.

Fun quick Cowboy read

Just a fun quick read. Loved the family characters. I love the family connection and support. You will enjoy this book.

Lacked conflict

Spoiler alert. As a fan of AJ, Pine, I was disappointed in this story. First of all fiction one01 tells us you must have conflict. Boy versus girl ending up together is not a real conflict when you know how it’s going to end Again when you know how it’s going to end there’s very little suspense involved.

This situation is helped if the reader likes the characters which I did not.  the bad boy singer male lead was endearing despite his flaws except he continued to claim he loved a woman who clearly did not trust him, and therefore did not actually love him. The sole conflict of the story consist entirely of the female going back-and-forth between wanting him, and then doubting him, wanting him and forsaking him with very other little plot.  The last time she rejects him seems very little justified, but it’s towards the end of the story so you know she’ll get over it.
