Really different plot line in this one!

Overall I liked this complex story .
The Ukraine connection was interesting given the fact that it was written in2021
before the current Ukraine war took over the news.
It did not paint the Ukraine in a flattering light.
Showing mass corruption and a flourishing hacking culture. One quote from a Ukraine official was
“Welcome to Ukraine..we do chaos better than anyone!”
Both leading characters were very decent people .
It’s refreshing to read a book that does not employ the dual timeline gimmick.
Bunn is an excellent author! The narration was perfect!
