Alot of recipes!

This is 2 books in 1. This has all the dos and don'ts for starting a Keto diet. I learned alot. This audio book has day by day recipes to try too. I received this for free for an honest review.

2 Books for the Price of One!

This book was a great guide as to the benefits and reasons why someone might want to try the keto diet.

It had helpful tips for eating out - broken down by type of restaurant and included meal planning - including how to use some of the leftovers and included lots and lots of recipes. The recipes include nutritional information which will be helpful in keeping your balances correct.

There are also planning guides for which meals can be made beforehand and frozen - and how long they will keep.

The narrator was friendly and helpful.
