Awesome Urban Fantasy!
The world and characters for this book are great! The three points of view for the story is done super well and gives the sides for the story as the gargoyles and demons are waging war on earth. Good humor, action, character building and world building. Definitely a recommend for urban fantasy readers!

Boyd has mixed views on luck. His luck is as much of a mixed bag as the rest of humanity. He was lucky enough to be one of the few born Powered. Luckier still, his Powers made him stronger than most. Unluckier still, he didn't become an angel or fairy. Not even a satyr or something else moderately acceptable. Boyd looks like a demon, and the Changed have a tendency to behave how they look.
