Thriller in the Solomons

Great story in the continuing saga of the USS Bull Shark. Very fast paced enjoyable listen

Action

the constant action and then the splitting up of the crew was interesting I think I would have liked the captain to stay on board the ship but it worked out well I will read the next in your series thank you

Great naval fiction

As a former cold-war submariner... love the flow and flavor of life on a WW2 boat.

Close historical context

Some mispronounced names at certain points are a slight distraction at various parts of the story

Tip on Military Time

Great writing and narration.
Recommend narration substitute “zero” for “oh” as in Zero Dark Thirty.
That is how I was trained in Infantry OCS in 1966.
