Great book with the honest and real life details about a family and their journey through mental health parenting. Being a mother of a son with depression this book gave me hope, peace, and connection to the silent group of us that navigates This dark/silent battle. Such a touching and very personal account of an extremely difficult subject. Huge respect to you both for being so honest. I’ve always loved Amanda’s books but this is on another level and made even more special as Its read by Josh and Amanda.

An essential read for any parent whose child is taking A levels

Informative, helpful and balanced, found both narrators very easy to listen to. Quite long but perhaps necessary to build the full picture. The message and the very good insights will stay with me and I would listen again if this experience effected my loved ones. Thank you!
