A plethora of science backed information
I loved this book! I have done a lot of reading and personal experiments over the last ten years about what the heck is going on with my stomach. This book lead me to conclude what I already thought to be true, so that is fantastic. The real triumph of this book, to me at least, is the last section where Tamara goes through all the different supplements and their true validity. Guys! The internet is FULL of people just trying to make profit (whether what they push will help or not) so it was wonderful to read (hear) about truly science backed supplements that could be useful to certain people. Awesome book!!

So Informative!
Tamara, the author and narrator does a wonderfully detailed job of explaining in both medical and laymens terms the various problems that can lead to bloating. By her description of APD I now know the culprit & cause of my food baby and further more how to go about controlling it. So happy that I listened to it!

Very Informative
I suffer from bloating and the author is certainly well versed in this topic, I definitely recognised the bloating that I suffer from. But I need to probably listen again to the chapters specific to my symptoms and I need to study the sections of the accompanying pdf appropriate to my bloating. Definitely recommend this to anyone suffering from bloating.
