Interesting storyline but dialogue and narration failed

The storyline could have been developed into something very interesting, that’s the only reason I forced myself to finish the book. I blame the editor, if there was one.
The women in the book are portrayed as educated, refined, and goal oriented women; but their dialogue and actions are those of an uneducated adolescent. Furthermore, I felt the author gave up on developing the story, ended without that moment of clarification we all look for, then just added an epilogue to quickly summarize—by having a lead character tell another what happened with a few brief facts.

It had potential but lost it during what appears to be a rushed production.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

What the heck did I just listen to?
This book is awful. I'm not even sure they is a strong enough word.

Nearly everything from the plot, to the characters, to the language is cringeworthy and not in a good way.

I cannot adequately express how vehemently I loathed this book.

not good in the least

I honestly don't even know where to start with this book. The reader paused in all the wrong places and clearly does not know how to read audio books which would pull you out of the story in confusion. The story itself was shy Scheistey to say the least with no real resolution and characters were all just shady. Every adjective was the same in every situation....whenever she got mad she was "fuming" and it seemed that she was constantly fuming. No character development bad story line and no resolution.

Cheap

I almost turned it off several times. The mispromunciations of the narrator drove me crazy. It took forever to develop the story. If this is typical of the offerings in the Romance Package I'll not download anymore. This book wad truly a waste of time.

Enjoyed

Good sex scenes. Reasonable story line of a little simplistic. Narrator mispronounced a lot of words which took away from the writing quite a bit.

So disappointing

The narrator was so bad that I couldn't make it past the first chapter. So dissapointed.

Decent story, terrible narration

If you can get past all the mispronounced words, the shrill character voices and the bizarre awkward pauses scattered throughout, then the story itself is a decently entertaining listen. On second thought... maybe just get the ebook.

Comical because the reader was illiterate

The story was fine but the reader kept mispronouncing so many words it was at first annoying and then it got to be funny. It was like a person learning to read who sounded out words but got it wrong in the end. Buck 50 productions must pay $1.50 for talent. So glad I did not pay for this book since it was part of the romance package.

This book has so many twists and turns in it I didn't know where it was going to go but it was very enlightening to read I loved every minute of it.

Love and politics with a twist

An exciting tale of a lawyer, a judge, family interactions and how aspersions to bigger and better can be thwarted by the unknown.
