Everything about this book was excellent EXCEPT...

The female narrator was terrible, I was so frustrated at certain points that I really wanted to stop listening, but I did enjoy the storyline, so I powered through. I felt to me that there were times when her really bad accent got even worse and not another character in the book had an accent. WTH? I love Miss J as an author her books are amazing full of power. lust. passion action and drama but when listening to an audio book the voices need to rep the characters and transport you into the story, not make you angry that they are using terrible out of place completely unnecessary accents, Because of the story that was being told I did listen to book 2, but I need to sample anything Morae narrates going forward that will be the deciding factor of whether or not I spend my credits.

This book gave me LIFE!

Funny as hell but just as romantic! The is my favorite book and I’ve read and listened too a lot of books. This is at the top of my list!

What a Story, I was Enlightened

Love the story, I was so into it that I finished so fast and wanted more. It's an awesome, action-packed story which the best characters. I can't wait to ready book II.

not tremendously impressed

I did not like the voiceovers and I did not like the fact that the book had a second part to it I thought this was it that I get to the last 5 minutes of the book and I'm told I have a second one to buy. I didn't really like this one

Really good story

It was a slow start for me when it came to the audio but everyone grew on me. Val is also so dramatic and hilarious
