Love this author!

I just started listening to Max Monroe’s books & I am now hooked! I love the humor the author uses throughout the story! I can’t wait to read more!

Romance with a touch of steam

This is the book if you want more of the love chase and less of the steam throughout. It’s still there but doesn’t dominate the story. Well done.

Exceptional, entertaining book

Out of all the billionaires books that I’ve read or listen to this was my favorite.

I loved all of the other books that came before this but this was wonderful, hilarious. And of course, I absolute adored the ending.

New favorite author and narrators

I absolutely am addicted and love this series! Max Monroe is sarcastically hilarious and had me laughing out loud! The narrators brought the book into reality like I was right next to Ruby and Cap!

Outstanding

Max Monroe have done it again. I have been intrigued by Cap since he first appeared in the series and this book has just cemented my love for him. Ruby Rockford had me in stitches from the introduction, I knew she was going to be the perfect woman to bring Cap to his knees and I was right.

I loved how Cap’s entire perspective on life was influenced by Ruby as he fell for her, she really brought out his more caring and vulnerable side showing his that there is more to life than work, work and more work.

The chemistry between Cap and Ruby is intense and so smoking hot I almost needed a fan. The narration by CJ Bloom and Eric Michael Summerer absolutely brought this story to life and in my opinion they were the perfect choice for this book.

The appearance of some familiar faces is always greeted with a smile and when the men get together to discuss ideas on how Cap can woo Ruby, then you know that there are going to be some awkward and uproariously funny shenanigans going on.

This was a laugh out loud, hilarious read that had me receiving many funny looks as I was reading on the train to work. It was non stop fun and all I can say is please write more stories with these amazing characters. Another fabulous book Max Monroe, you two nail the RomCom genre and set a very high bar for others.

One of the best

I have listened to quite a few of Max Monroe's books and have enjoyed all of them. But this is the first one I have left a review because I absolutely loved it! I laughed out loud so many times, and it was so much fun to listen to all the characters from previous books that I enjoyed. Thatch, Kline, Wes, Milo, Cassie, etc. Please keep bringing these characters back in other stories. I have not quite finished the book yet, so I might write more later. Great Book

What started out as a poker night foe the ends up to be a book club for all the wrong reason and boy did Cap get a life changing outcome. love seeing the guys together always but the wives win out as always. Remember you can never go wrong with a MaxMonroe book.

Omg this book qas funny. I loved how all my boys showed up and showed out, my girls made a appearance at the end. The player jad more time courting or wooing then sex scenes which I did not expect. Gotta say loved the end. Off to read the last book in the series.

Max Monroe caused me to belly laugh with this romantic comedy about two people who couldn’t be more different if they tried! Caplin appeared to be very well-rounded even while working hard to maintain his own company and making time to fraternize with his friends. Ruby, on the other hand, is very tightly wound with working multiple jobs while also going to school. Although Cap manipulates Ruby into falling into bed with him, it was him that truly fell for her! Yes, it’s kinda cliche but it was such an enjoyable story and I really enjoyed it! CJ Bloom and Eric Michael Summerer were excellent narrators and did an outstanding job of expressing the emotions of the hero and heroine!
