It's Only Okay

I just couldn't finish it. The stories were okay, nothing exciting, yet good. I didn’t like the narrators at all. Very fake British accents and did not compliment the story-telling at all. But try it and see for yourself.

terrible narration

Why have american narrators who haven't a clue how to do accents, particularly an English accent.

Unbearable narrator

The female narrator's voice grated on my nerves making the book almost impossible to listen to. Her voice sounds synthesised & robotic. Her word and sentence stress seem random and confusing rather than enlightening. Her pronunciation of some fairly basic words is bizarre and distracting. The book is great value for money but I will NEVER get a book narrated by Amy Landon again- not even if it was offered to me free of charge.
