Very Helpful

This book does a good job pointing out how narcissistic people think. I was a little taken a back by the title, but it's a good audio book. Now I know some signs to look for if I might be getting manipulated.

Don't be a victim and become aware of these techniques and how to avoid them. You will feel so empowered, build strength, and gain an abundance of useful knowledge!

Such a great resource for my anxiety

Having to navigate so much with a therapist, I was recommended this audiobook and it’s been fantastic. The book offers so many techniques that helps me navigate through some of my anxiety from past manipulations and traumas. I love how the flow of the book works and how I can go back to chapters that offer tips to help me. It really is such a great powerful tool for your collection.

Good book.

It help me understand some of the root causes of why some people behave the way they do. I don’t plan on using these tactics myself, but I now know some of the red flags to look out for.
