This book was packed with excellent essentials for owning and standing in your own presence with confidence. We often don't think about the details of our smallest actions and how it might be portrayed but this book has it all. Great ways to own the room without coming off as cocky. Confidence and charisma are the key here.

Self-Help Book That Has Actionable Content

One of the better self help and self awareness book out there in the audiobook market. The book really walks you through all aspects of how to influence and improve your character and personality especially how to be charismatic. My favorite part was Eye contact and gesture framing. These two had been my weak points every time I had a presentation and there were good actionable tips and advice to improve this and I felt like my most recent presentation went better than expected. If you want to improve yourself, this book is great to listen to.

This audiobook provides behavioral techniques like eye contact, posture, what to say, and when to say the right words to get the attention you want. Amazing detail and information

This book is a must read. The author did an amazing job of providing amazing tips and guidance on leadership behaviors and styles. The most valuable to me was the posture and cadence he discusses and how with little effort I can command a room. I recommend this selection to anyone wanting to raise their EQ and the outcome of their interactions. The narrator did an excellent job of relaying the detail in a coherent and pleasant way.

This audiobook was a great listen. It was very informative and easy to listen to. Ralph Mitchell is a great narrator. His pacing and pronunciation were wonderful.
