i guess i was expecting more homeopathic methods than what was offered. a little disappointed.

Great Short

Quick, short, valuable overview that includes both medical and spiritual help. I had questions/disagreement on the matter of good vs bad fats but otherwise liked and appreciated the book. Great for reviewing the most important basics.

God's Plan for our Health

I really liked the use of the scriptures and how they relate with our overall well-being and health.

Not supported by evidence

As a healthcare provider and Christian I was looking for evidence based practice and Scripture to help reduce blood pressure. The evidence out there especially does not support all of the supplements you are recommending.
