I suffered from sever almost debilitating back pain for a long time, but it extremely worse without any incident. I first read this book 5 years ago when I brought it to a men's retreat. It sat on my bookshelf for months. From reading this book, I recognized that the onset of my back pain began when my family and I left a very unhealthy church group that we a part of for a long time.
