uselessly rudimentary, dumbly peppered with errors

the headline says it all. i listened through the first hour, which was such a waste of time, that i skipped ahead found the material just as useless. unbelievable waste of time and money. and then the guy gives examples of problems he's encountered -- in England and the UK! more than once! what do I care what's going on in another country if I'm looking for a mortgage in the United states? unbelievably useless.
