Publisher's summary

The Art of a Genuine Apology is all about three things: learning, healing and growing.

It highlights where unhelpful and hurtful interactions start and describes how to address hurtful situations with confidence. You will learn about what is missing from inadequate apologies, what is standing in the way of you offering a genuine apology and most importantly how to move forward differently. It features an apology quiz, stories to illustrate the content, as well as questions and suggestions for you to reflect on.

The Art of a Genuine Apology helps us to know ourselves deeply and be intentional about how we relate to others.

Deep information for a deep topic

I really enjoyed this book. The time taken to work through very complex topics was well worth it. I really appreciated the attention given to all of the ways you can ruin an apology or undermine your intentions with very common things. I believe this book will have a long term positive effect on my different relationships and was well worth the time invested.
